The following from the Urban Dictionary sums up very well my work as a catalyzer.

2. someone who causes or accelerates something desirable to occur for another person or persons, which would have either occurred slowly or not at all
3. an individual who sees someone else is not achieving their potential and gets dynamically involved in the person's life to help them improve it.

The intensive is my flagship program and is a combination of all 4 methodologies above.

We’ll also agree on what physical and digital resources I will provide you and other people I work with.
To ensure your increased positive momentum is sustainable we'll integrate everything we do together with what you're already doing that is working well for you.
We'll agree on the specific objectives of working together, how progress will be measured, and the value to you and your business.
We'll then agree on a fee for the first piece of work that is payable in advance on a 7 day invoice.
This means that either of us can exit our arrangement after the first piece of work or continue on the same basis by mutual agreement.

At the start of 2015 it became clear on the road ahead for my business we were facing some serious challenges.
We had just purchased the Budget franchise and were experiencing inconsistent business results, some big rental agency changes, and some poor staff attitudes had crept in.
I had heard Ian speak at a function in 2014 and I had been impressed with the message of his talk that day.
Ian has worked as a mentor to me for the last 14 months. He's also run sessions and worked 1:1 with my staff.
We've made several small shifts in how we conduct our business that have made a significant difference with my key people, how we work, and to our results.
