The Appreciative Leader Pioneers, Innovators and Role Models Program

Who this program is for and the key outome

This program is post your one hour, one day or over one month project. It's where 50% of learning effectiveness lies for you and is how I can guarantee you 100 times minimum return on your investment through more people being remarkable, and doing meaningful for them and highly valuable for others work.

Research in 2004 by Dr. Brent Peterson of Columbia University showed that pre and post activities provide 76% of learning effectiveness with the actual event only 24%.

We'll reflect this model in our work together in this program.

How your program works

After your event (project) three actions are paramount to guaranteeing effectiveness and your return on investment:
embedding the learning,
integrating the learning with what you're already doing that's working well for you,
and ensuring ongoing innovation so as to future-proof your business.


Your program is all online using Zoom.

You and your team and/or carefully selected participants have my undivided attention for 1, 2 or 3 hours per month, bi-monthly or quarterly, or on demand by arrangement.

I will provide 1:1 and group mentoring, learning and leadership development sessions, help you solve problems/meet challenges, or for whatever purpose we agree on. You and I will meet privately via Zoom to agree on make up and content of each session.

When we work together monthly we'll have a 90 day objective and you'll have a monthly exit option.

Online & In person

Because of your unique situation we may agree to a further in person project or projects.

There's always a monthly exit option for you regardless of how long we may agree to work together.

Resources/tools/rituals and special platform included

You receive 1 copy of the signed, numbered, limited edition handbook The Appreciative Leader, and digital copies for all participants for use during your program and beyond.

Membership of The Appreciative Leader Community online platform is also included for all participants during and beyond your program. Learn more about the community here.

Membership enables participation in the monthly Accelerator conversation online, plus unlimited telephone access to discuss pinpointed use of exclusive resources/tools/rituals.

Your program will be designed with you and your team or carefully selected participants so that you systematically apply the Appreciation principle in your own best way, and integrate it with what you’re already doing that’s working well for you.

Important Note: The  subject matter of your program doesn't have to embrace the seven models per se. We will design your content completely bespoke. The aim is to increase the number of people being remarkable, and doing meaningful to them and highly valuable to others work, because this is the sure-fire path to better business results at less personal cost.

Your investment

One hour, one day or over one month projects and working together in person are value based fees. We'll agree on objectives, success metrics and value of results to you and then agree on a fee which is payable monthly in advance on a seven day invoice.

Working together online requires an investment of $330AUD per hour paid in advance.

At the start of 2015 it became clear on the road ahead for my business we were facing some serious challenges.
