Welcome to the overview page for my online and in person events
The goal of every event is to help you
in your own best way, to be remarkable and do meaningful to you and highly valuable to others work.
The greater these three the better the world will be. And as I have learned, they're a sure-fire way to create and deliver value & achieve better business results at less personal cost.

I currently work with Ian 1:1 and am a member of his in person master-mind group. I also jump online for most of his seminars and conversations as do my staff. They are always lively and highly valuable where everyone leaves with something to action straight away.
I regularly host candid and convivial conversations and 3 day dares, online and in person, about thriving in the new world of work.
The next online conversation is at 4.30 pm AEDT on November 27th. Find out more and register here.
The next online conversation and 3 day dare is on 26th March and 3rd, 4th and 5th April 2018. Find out more and register here.
I conduct regular events to help you to overcome your 3 greatest business challenges and a 3 day dare to help you to take action.
The next such event and dare are on in January 2018.
You can find out more and register here.
Complimentary symposiums are held online on the first Monday of every month (except December and January) from 4.30 through 5.30 pm AEST. We explore the 5 foundations for remarkablising your workplace pictured on the left.
Before participating in a symposium you download a red paper and in the case of 'Remarkable is the new normal', a workbook. You then take action in your own best way before the symposium.
At the end of the symposium we arrange a time for a 1 hour online after action review and sustaining momentum workshop.
All the detail is at the registration link here.
The next topic in the cycle is Thriving on the challenges of change and it's on February 5th 2018.
The Appreciative Leader Accelerator event (held on the fourth Monday of every month) is also complimentary yet exclusive for members of The Appreciative Leader Community.
Each session is recorded for posterity and ongoing use by members.
The master-class is a unique experience and one where you can get your signed, numbered, limited edition copy of The Appreciative Leader handbook and associated community membership.
The next in person master-class is on in Ballarat on Wednesday, 22 November 2017 from 9:00 am to 1:30 pm (AEDT). You can find out more and register here.
These special evenings are held regularly in Ballarat, on the Bellarine near my home, and in Melbourne CBD. We enjoy local food and wine (whiskey in winter) in moderation and candid and convivial conversation in abundance. There's also online gatherings where you BYO!
The next wine and wisdom evenings are yet to be scheduled. Please email me to get yourself on the invitation list.

Ian is a rare gem. In the ever increasing complexity of today’s modern world, Ian is always there - personally as an incredible supporter, encourager and also as a wonderful navigator of possibility. In addition, Ian has presented for us on a number of occasions at various team events, providing memorable and immediately actionable insights for us to better our personal and business lives.
I've been speaking at conferences, leadership team meetings, and other special business events for over a quarter of a century. I can also add great value by speaking at an event you arrange just for your special customers/clients. Find out more about my talks and master-classes tailored for you here.

We have had some great presentations at our breakfasts, and your presentation was one of the very best ever.
