Your program in a nutshell and the roles I play

Each of the 5 stages of your program are stand alone giving you an exit option after each stage.

I will meticulously research self, performance and change leadership in your workplace with the view to conducting an enhancement program for 6 - 14 carefully selected people at a time.

I will share with you how my best insights and inspiration can become your advantage.

Consists of a half-day master-class and a half-day execution planning session on your chosen idea. 

These are followed by a 1:1 mentoring session for each participant to get their piece of the execution plan precise. All of these are in person. Immediately you start implementation you will save time, energy and money.

For 30 minutes each week for three weeks after the above we'll meet as a group online to discuss progress. Then on the 30th day we will gather in person for a half-day after-action-review and a half-day future proofing workshop.

We may agree to work together further as you integrate outcomes from the above with who you are and what you do that’s working well for you. We will do this just 1 month at a time meaning you always have further monthly exit options.

Each month we will agree on objectives, how progress will be made visible, and the value to you and your business of success. 

My aim is always to provide you with a minimum of 10 times return on your investment. Your investment depends on agreed value. You will only ever be invoiced 1 month in advance. Please download my capability snapshot which includes case studies of my work.

The law is tailor-made for success in today's world that is dominated by disruption, distraction and data challenges. Following this law in your own best way is about who you are and what you do when things don't go according to plan, as much as when everything comes together.

I first learned this law as a teenager as I explain in the Grandpa's Story video below. I learned from my Grandfather that relationships with people committed to following proven processes should be cultivated and that relationships with people focused only on outcomes should be avoided.

In your program we will carefully choose the most appropriate to you ways that the law can be applied in your own best way in your workplace. Below is the law and 7 application examples.
