for reputable business owners and leaders wanting to create and deliver remarkable value,
& achieve better business results at less personal cost
The most effective leaders are remarkable at fully appreciating and getting the best out of yourself and other people. I call this Leadership Valueology. There is no greater calling than to become a Leadership Valueologist in your own best way.
Leadership Valueologist (verb) - person fully committed to the art, life-long learning, unlearning and relearning, and daily practice of fully appreciating and getting the best out of themselves and other people.
There are two ways that I can help you:
1) You can join in the regularly scheduled over 1 month experience. Learn more here.
2) You can engage me to work bespoke with yourself and/or selected people from your organisation.
Both ways utilise my valued, values, value model and my three key writings: my Changing What's Normal book, The Appreciative Leader handbook, and The Art, Practice and Legacy Of Being A Leadership Valueologist workbook.
In addition both ways reflect the pre-event-post model pictured.
Research in 2004 by Dr. Brent Peterson of Columbia University showed that pre and post activities provide 76% of learning effectiveness with the actual event only 24%.
Both ways mean 1 day together in person and the rest of the work online.
Our in person work is me coming to you or you coming to me whichever we agree on.

Franchisee Avis Ballarat & Western Victoria, Budget Ballarat & Bendigo
At the start of 2015 it became clear on the road ahead for my business we were facing some serious challenges.
We had just purchased the Budget franchise and were experiencing inconsistent business results, some big rental agency changes, and some poor staff attitudes had crept in.
I had heard Ian speak at a function in 2014 and I had been impressed with the message of his talk that day.
Ian has worked as a mentor to me for the last 14 months. He's also run sessions and worked 1:1 with my staff.
We've made several small shifts in how we conduct our business that have made a significant difference with my key people, how we work, and to our results.
I'm continuing the journey with Ian 1:1 and as a member of Ian's master-mind group.
Below is a snapshot of some of the great organisations whose leaders I've helped to be remarkable since 1991:
Managing Director, Australia | Gallagher Bassett Services Pty Ltd
Ian Berry has been a catalyst for a number of our people improving their performance. I have personally benefitted greatly from Ian’s mentoring. He has unique powers in helping people to become change champions. I highly recommend him.
