At the start of 2015 it became clear on the road ahead for my business we were facing some serious challenges.
We had just purchased the Budget franchise and were experiencing inconsistent business results, some big rental agency changes, and some poor staff attitudes had crept in.
I had heard Ian speak at a function in 2014 and I had been impressed with the message of his talk that day.

We initially hired Ian to conduct our Directors Strategic Retreat. Over those 2 days we decided to engage Ian to help us create the culture we desired. We soon appointed him Non-Executive Chairman, a role Ian fulfilled with great skill and commitment.
A vital aspect of your program over 1 month is choosing your desired outcome. It might be increasing the positive impact of communication and conversations. Working together over one month is a unique way to embrace the entire change process (appreciate - imagine - create - leap - momentum) and/or one or more of the other really useful models for building and sustaining a remarkable workplace (pictured below).
I will undertake meticulous research and engage in conversation with you and key stakeholders to fully understand your culture. Then I'll design your program with you.
The key to the design and implementation of your program will be integrating our work together with what you’re already doing that is working well for you.
How your program over one month works after research and design work is completed.
Master-class in person for you and your team (and/or especially selected people) in the morning, execution planning session in the afternoon on implementing the best insights/inspiration/ideas determined in the master-class.
On day 2 I’ll provide a 1:1 mentoring session for each participant so that everyone has the opportunity to really nail down their personal piece of the execution plan and to address individual needs, expectations, and desires.
Then for 3 weeks I’ll conduct a short and sharp weekly check-in online via my Zoom room with each participant to guarantee sustaining momentum and taking agreed actions.
You and I will check in weekly too. Group check-ins are optional.
We’ll meet in person for a Peer and After Action Review in the morning and a Fit For The Future workshop in the afternoon.
