My favourite metaphors for essence are song, voice and music. This foundation program is all about you writing new words and perhaps new songs. Sometimes it will be about playing your song back to you when you have forgotten your words! Our work together will be about you bringing your full voice to all of your life and consistently playing your music to the very best of your ability.​

2) Private experience online

1 - 5 people. Your investment is $2475 for 3 sessions with myself.
