In a nutshell

Your program is about ensuring you have Sparkenators inside your organisation.

I've worked as a mentor for more than 1000 leaders, women and men, in over 40 countries since 1991.

I've named the people I've observed who inspire, influence and make the greatest positive difference Sparkenators.

Sparkenator, from the verb sparkenation, (a spark that ignites passion that leads to action that changes what's normal) is a person committed to the life-long process of mastering the 7 relationship enhancement roles pictured.

Sparkenator's are often or work in harmony with 21st century managers (people ensuring policies, procedures, practices, processes and systems are simple, real world and focused on value delivery), and Culture Champions (people who role model agreed behaviours and what it means to be a human being fully alive).

There's 3 stages to your program: instigation, intensive, and integration (and a fourth option innovation).


I conduct a 1/2 day master-class and 90 minutes to 3 hours execution planning session for 5 - 15 carefully selected people.

Each participant receives a purposefully designed guidebook (see details below) and you are licensed to forever integrate my IP with yours.


For 3 weeks I provide 1:1/group mentoring plus I host a short check-in each week to review and make meaningful progress visible. These all happen online.


I provide agreed online and in person 1:1 and group mentoring, check-ins and after-action-reviews over 90 days to ensure integration of all new learnings with what is already going well for you.

Innovation option

First Monday of every month ​I host a conversation with people applying the principles I teach in your own best way. I also meet in person once a quarter with people who live in my neighbourhood.

These events enable people to share stories and learn from other people’s experience.

Participants learn and decide in this program how to be Sparkenators in their own best way.
