In a nutshell Who Before Do is a bespoke program to enhance fully human leadership (self, performance and change) in your workplace, meaning you're achieving better business results at less personal cost.
Very quickly you will save time, energy and money (often truckloads).
Over a short time you will:
1) improve value creation and delivery (the essence of business),
2) increase competitive advantage (what every business must have to thrive),
3) increase profitability. It is not uncommon for my clients to become more profitable than you have ever been.
NB By competitive advantage I mean being true to yourself. In my language the only competitor any of us have is the person we looked at the mirror this morning. In a business sense we should be driven by our unique reason for being, not by what other businesses are doing.

How your program works
Depending on your unique situation your program will involve from 3 to 9 half days with me in person over 3 to 9 months plus scheduled follow-through online via 1:1 and group mentoring and progress review against agreed objectives.

How we will work together
Methodologies we will choose from are a presentation or master-class, where a lot of clients begin, workshops, 1:1 and group mentoring, shadowing, observation, auditing and independent performance review, and tapping into the master-mind through candid, convivial and compassionate conversations.
We will work together just 1 month at a time. Each month we will agree on objectives, how progress will be made visible, and the value to you and your business of success. Your investment depends on agreed value. You will only ever be invoiced 1 month in advance. Of course this means you always have a monthly exit option. My aim is always to provide you with a minimum of 10 times return on your investment. Please download my capability snapshot which includes case studies of my work.
In addition you and any member of your team can participate in the monthly online Accountability Accelerator that I host exclusively for clients at two convenient times on the first Monday of every month.

At the start of 2015 it became clear on the road ahead for my business we were facing some serious challenges.
We had just purchased the Budget franchise and were experiencing inconsistent business results, some big rental agency changes, and some poor staff attitudes had crept in.
I had heard Ian speak at a function in 2014 and I had been impressed with the message of his talk that day.

Getting to know me
From 1974 - 1991 I enjoyed a very successful corporate finance career including leading a 100million business unit.
I held Branch, Regional, and State manager roles in three Australian states receiving numerous awards for my leadership, development of people, and results.
Since then I have been a mentor to more than 1000 business leaders, women and men, in over 40 countries.
My clients see me as a go to person for how humans can lead and thrive in the new world of work that is dominated by digital, data and disruption.
I hold the Certified Speaking Professional (CSP) designation, which puts me in the top 7% of all professional speakers worldwide.
I'm a Past National President of the Professional Speakers Association of Australia.
Since 1991 I have given more than 2500 presentations.
My philosophy is that while what I say is important, it's nowhere near as important as what you hear yourself say to yourself, who you become and what you do next.
The changes I want to see and influence happening (thanks to Seth Godin for the concept) are:
